Flips Gymnastics is a fully equipped USA Gymnastics Member Club located in Lake Forest, IL. We are located off of Bradley Road near Lamb's Farm and close to Vernon Hills, Libertyville and Lake Bluff. We provide quality recreational and competitive gymnastics for girls and boys (ages 6 months to 18 years). It is our mission to encourage each child to learn at their own individual pace in a safe and encouraging environment.

All new lesson plans. We have re-organized our Girls Recreational program specifically to allow our gymnasts to progress through levels 1-4 of the USA Gymnastics Women's Artistic Program. Our lessons are carefully planned to teach the basic skills and progressions of each Jr. Olympic level, in a non-competitive and safe environment.
Our Boys' recreational classes are designed to follow the basic progressions necessary on each of the men's six Olympic events. Lessons are based on the level 4 routines outlined in the USA Gymnastics Men's program.
We recognize achievement at the end of each session with "star charts." Our boys and girls actively participate in adding to their "star chart" at the end of each class.
New classes!
KinderGym is a class for children who are 4 1/2-6 years of age, and
have developmentally surpassed the preschool curriculum, but not quite ready for
our Level 1 programs. Students will learn basic gymnastics with the use of age
appropriate lessons and equipment. This class runs slightly longer than our preschool
class at 55 minutes. We offer this class On Monday morning and Thursday afternoon.
Advanced Cheer/Tumble is offered for those tumbling students who have learned a
roundoff backhandspring, and are ready to advance to saltos and twisting.
