Girls Level 1 (Ages 5 & up) 55 mins
Our specialized lesson plans allow gymnasts to learn basic skills on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Each week includes a floor rotation allowing practice on rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and beginning back handsprings. On Vault they will work on the run and hurdle; on bars they will work on pullovers, supports, casts and beam will center around walks on high beam. Remember to dress your gymnast in a leotard or biketard.
Girls Level 2 (Must master skills in Girls' Level 1 or equivalent class) 55 mins
The next level in our girls recreational program. Level 2's will continue to work toward the handspring progressions on vault. In addition, the bar lesson includes hip circles and casts on the low bar. On beam, the girls will perfect their walks and begin handstand work. On floor, they will learn , back extension rolls, back bends, round offs and continue to work on the front and back handspring.
Girls Level 3 (Must master skills in Level 2 or equivalent class) 1 hour 25 min
The girls will continue to learn the lead-up drills for the front handspring on vault. They will put together a bar routine including glides, pullovers, squat on, casts and hip circles. Beam lessons include handstand and cartwheel work. On floor Level 3s will begin round off back handspring work, and front handspring work in addition to walkovers. This class is recommended 2x per week for maximum consistency and success.
Girls Level 4&5 (Must master skills in Level 3&4 or equivalent class)1 hour 25 mins
The most advanced levels of our girls recreational program. In this class, the girls will work on the front handspring vault. They will continue to work glide kips, long hang kips, circling elements, swings and the appropriate dismount. On beam, the girls will practice rolls, handstands, cartwheels, back wakovers and dismounts. On floor, the girls will begin cross tumbling work and on the 40x40 floor, and salto work on trampoline and tumble trak. It is recommended that the girls take this class 2x per week maximum consistency and success.
Boys Level 1 (Ages 5 & up) 55 mins
Gymnastics is a great way for boys to channel their energy and learn new gymnastics skills. Our boys classes are designed to improve strength and coordination through basic gymnastics. Lesson plans include instruction on all men's events; Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Rings, Pommel Horse, and Floor Exercise. Boys should dress in T-shirts and shorts or athletic pants.
Boys Level 2 (Must master all skills in Boys Level 1) 55 mins
Boys will begin to learn more advanced gymnastics skills on all six men's events; Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Rings, Pommel Horse, and Floor Exercise. Lesson plans are based on the Level 4 routines outlined in the USA Gymnastics Men's Program. This class also incorporates overall body strength and flexibility. Boys should dress in T-shirts and shorts or athletic pants.
Boys Pre-Team (Must master all skills in Boys 2)
This is our highest level class in our boys recreational program. Gymnasts will continue to master the skills learned in the previous levels. Lesson plans are based on the Level 4 routines outlined in the USA Gymnastics Men's Program. This class also incorporates overall body strength and flexibility. Boys should dress in T-shirts and shorts or athletic pants.
Tumble 55 mins
This class is designed to help improve their jumps and tumbling skills required for cheer teams, dance or simply the fun of learning to Tumble. Our experienced instructors will help the girls work toward their goals while using our tumbling wedges and barrels, as well as our trampoline and tumble trak.

Boys' Tumble (Ages 6 & up) 55 mins
Boys only! This highly active class is designed specifically for boys who would like to learn tumbling skills. Boys will rotate to floor, trampoline, and tumble trak. They will be using wedge mats and barrels to learn advanced tumbling skills. Boys should dress in T-shirts and shorts or athletic pants.
Girls Jr. High School/High School Program 2 Hours
This class is designed for girls 12 and up, who wish to further their gymnastics on all four women's events. This is the ideal class for gymnasts aiming for high school competition. It is recommended that the girls take this class 2x per week maximum consistency and success.
